Sorry that Raquel Welch died. But she had a good life and had some strong parts, too. I first became aware of her as a child watching One Million Years BC in a drive-in. I was agog, and had no problem with her performance. Later she showed she could act, and won a Golden Globe for her performance in "The Four Musketeers: Milady's Revenge". A really fun Richard Lester movie, and touching too. https://www.cnn.com/2023/02/15/entertainment/raquel-welch-death
@JohnShirley2023 She just destroys in her Mork and Mindy two parter -- comedically he's got nothing on her. Available online in its entirety. Found and watched it yesterday for the first time since it was originally broadcast when I was 16. I'm amazed at how many lines I remembered.
@JohnShirley2023 She also of course looked amazing, and it's weird to realize that she was the same age as my mom.
