Ah yes, it's that time of year again where I have to do multiple back-and-forth emails to clarify with out-of-province journalists "yes, I did mean to say central STANDARD time, that's not a typo, yes it's the same as mountain daylight time, yes, my province that you've never heard of doesn't do daylight savings time"

I love not having to switch to daylight savings time, but boy it causes a lot of problems that everyone else does.

@sundogplanets @sundogplanets We could easily solve all this if we simply had 1440 time zones: 4 per degree of longitude, one per minute in the day.
