@leswarden @juddlegum Also the fourth highest "taker" state, i.e. for taking in more federal largesse than it pays in taxes. Also consistently one of the highest COVID mortality rates, worst environmental record -- poisonous and even radioactive coal slurry in the watershed.... just one hell of a well-run state. Really takes care of its poor.
