It'll be closed source and will only work through proprietary cloud servers with a 10,000 word TOS that includes an ironclad legal indemnification and an agreement to use your thoughts in AI training and to target their advertising.

An open-source alternative will exist, but only an utter nerd with a great deal of free time will be able to implement it, and it won't interoperate with anyone using the above.
