I’m not a big fan of Impossible fake beef and pork products—the breakfast sausage is affirmatively awful—but the fake chicken nuggets and patties are 💯.
@AnnemarieBridy Despite the nose-biting owner, I prefer Beyond products because pea protein worries me less than soy, due to sourcing concerns. An awful lot of the soy we get comes from unsustainable practices.

@AnnemarieBridy Annoyingly, neither of them have a non-breaded version. If I'm going to buy synthechicken I want it for fajitas.
Don't make me buy Quorn, that stuff's made from a fungus no mammal ever evolved eating.
