100% OK with the idea that the offender should be charged with the maximum number of, and maximum level of offences which can be found in law.
I am completely OK with the offender spending the next 20+ years in prison.
This was not an accident.

@BrianGreer I can totally get on board with a "sheer malevolence" sentencing clause. If people can get lighter sentences for being provoked, they can get heavier sentences for unmitigated shitheadedness.
