I see many spreading the story, Putin has had a heart attack.
Please always fact check before sharing — the man has not even got a heart.
I remember 1½ year ago when I went to Malmö Aftonbladet had this big headline about Putin's health. Nothing happened though and Putin is still alive it seems.
Big claims require serious proof.

Putin has also been known to have a bloated face likely due to big corticosteroid doses.
So depending on his health he may look different. Seen this effect up close with people and it can be quite dramatic.
