The Russian Black Sea Fleet has lost 20 percent of its ships to an adversary which does not have a fleet. They also lost a submarine in what is primarily a land war. And finally, Russia has lost 360,000 soldiers in their “war against NATO”, even before NATO has arrived on the battlefield.
