@mitchw @pluralistic their definition doesn't even include children who live in a college dormitory half the year and at home during vacations -- a use case that I'm surprised the rich white men writing the policy didn't apparently consider.

At a guess, the rich white men writing the policy would barely notice am additional subscription fee among all of the other fees they're paying for their children to go to college.
