I've had my upgraded MacBook Pro for a few weeks now and never once missed the 'touch bar' I've had on my Mac for quite a few years. What an expensive failure.
There's lessons here. It was a cool bit of tech but had no purpose. And as a touch typist, my eyes are never on the keys so I never actually saw the thing. And anyone who used an external keyboard never saw it.
Features should solve a problem, not just show off cool tech.

@uncanny_kate I never hated it the way so many did, perhaps in part because I mapped "caps lock" to "Esc," but you're 100% right: I haven't missed it since upgrading to a mac without it, not even for one second. Oof.
