To be fair. The main reason why i report that account (It's been twice already for that account to get suspended for the same post btw.)
Is they selling a "meds" that's claim to be a solution to some disease.
But they stated their "meds" wasn't even audited yet by FDA and wasn't meant to be a cure nor a treatment for a disease.
Does that account try to scam people or something?.

Advertisement is fairly strictly prohibited, it certainly is if it is the purpose of the account. However if someone is a real live human who tends to post and chat with others more generally and every once in a while posts a link to something they make money off of, specifically in the context of starting conversation or sharing their personal endeavors, then we will and do make exceptions.
But if its a bot account setup to spam, or a human where the only thing they do is post links to a for-profit blog, or a commercial entity like a company, then yes that is all forbidden.
