Today is SOs birthday! She requested pineapple upside down cake, and takeout from BJs Brewhouse.
This recipe that @ScienceBanshee suggested looks really good, and not too complicated.

@rbeagrie Might be slightly overdone, as it's trying to pull apart at each pineapple.
