@marathon0 about every three years have to pay a crew to clear it off. Ropes and harnesses are involved. And braver people than me ;-)
@rdaily Do you get many mosquitos and blackflies? I'm in Ontario and in the cottage areas on the Canadian Shield, we get lots of them. The blackflies are the worst!
@marathon0 The breeze up the bluff keeps most little biting devil critters at bay on most days.
@rdaily here’s one from ours a few years back - we get a few days looking like this each year and I love the Blue Mountains vibe. We’re only 9 minutes by train from the centre of Sydney on the Lower North Shore, but back onto this beautiful bushland valley laneway full of native fauna and flaura, including the 150-200yo Black Butt in the foreground (which is touchable from our balcony). That tree is the sole remnant gum in/along that laneway reserve. Always feel so lucky to have this.
