@clown@banana.dog IDK man, this is really hard. Personally, I would pray. If this person has family and/or close friends that he or she * actually * trusts, maybe have them come over to stay and keep this person safe for a bit.

Are there meds this person should be taking, or isn't? Or are the meds this person is taking only making things worse? Switching it up might not be a bad idea. (But that's an action the person must take, I guess.)
