What's this? A reflow oven in unknown but probably broken condition?

Much to my amazement, there was nothing but success! The controller started, the conveyor belt runs, the cooling fan works, and at least one of the zones got hot.
Next I need to run it with the top open so I can point my thermal camera at it, and see what the zones are doing.
