unfortunately, some government departments (here, HMCTS) still haven't gotten the memo about how to do gender surveys properly :p

they were close, but the "please enter your gender" thing after I selected no on the second question is nonsensical; I already gave you that in the previous question!

(I wonder if this is the same "gender versus sex" transphobic misunderstanding that caused the problem with HMRC, hmm...)
