To be fair, it was not limited to this continent. Don't forget Africa, Asia, South America, and large parts of Europe.
@StillIRise1963 And, unfortunately, rape as a weapon is not limited to white people. It seems to be fairly wide-spread. It does seem to be limited to people with XY chromosomes.
