Ok but... he’s already portraying himself as a victim of persecution. And he wouldn’t be any more right about that from jail than he is now. This attitude assumes the persuadability 1/2

of Trump supporters (who... *already support him no matter what*) is more important than the sensibilities of everyone who’s received less gentle treatment from the US justice system.
