Every once in a while I get to feeling like my new country, Canada, is a safer place than my birth country, the USA, and then some shit like this happens. The #notwithstandingclause is meant to be the very last resort for lawmakers if the courts won’t let them do their job. So what’s #sk using it to address -- the climate crisis? Wage theft?
