I came for the #espresso and left with the #cheese and #ASMR.
Fabulous #recipe that I tweaked because I didn't have all (i.e. most) of the ingredients but couldn't wait to make it: added some #sourdough starter, substituted sweet potato for regular, cheddar for mozzarella, yogourt for mayo, and no honey.
Fun to make, too!

So good. Leftovers from the fridge are like a super cheesy pizza pocket, but better. Goat cheese would be good too.
