The past ~6 months have been a rollercoaster, and before being diagnosed I felt a lot better. Let's hope 2024 gets me somewhat back to normal. Can't say that my lame jokes have suffered from it tho 🫢. Anyhoo, enjoy your celebrations, I'll be back later 🩷🤗.

@sergeant type 2 diabetes, that has been not diagnosed for most likely over 5 years. Since then I've been in a cast for 10 weeks (leg problem was misdiagnosed before), had heart problems (still exists), eye problems (laser treatment on the first one done) and major energetic problems.

@sergeant in my recent experience I can say this is largely underestimated. I mean chugging tons of medication and stabbing yourself with a needle is doable. But all the side effects...

@martijn Don't get me wrong. I know all about that because of my wife. She's a diabetic (type 2) too. But I feared a more lethal illness.
