If I were teaching a creative writing course (don’t worry, I won’t be), my end of semester project would be for my students to study AITA then submit their own post. Whoever generates the most controversy gets the highest grade. I mean REAL controversy, with split YTA/NTA votes

In my persuasion class, my students had to sell something intrinsically worthless on eBay, relying only on their product descriptions & not being banned. They sold imaginary friends, an open bandaid, a bag of air, a haunted breath mint, etc. Class record was like $150
@shadowsonawall it was more than a decade ago now so I do not, but maybe if I ever do this assignment again!
