Is there such a thing as a charge pump/reference voltage combination? I want to get a reliable 5V reference from a not quite 5V supply.

@madpilot Hmm, I've never seen that combination in a single chip, which surprises me. I can certainly see uses for it.

I've seen regulated charge pumps with internal references, usually 1.2V, but that's not what you're looking for.
