CATCHUM failed to load and the drive made a very cursed sound trying.

LADDER is getting further.

Ladder renders a wider screen than the built in monitor of the #OsborneOne is capable of rendering, it seems. Perhaps it was meant for that very rare extenal monitor they sold?

So, it plays and it's sort of a text based version of Donkey Kong but the constant screen wrapping on the tiny monitor makes it highly frustrating.

I just realized that the credits are for "1982,1983 Yahoo Software". Is this the same #Yahoo of search engine fame? It gives a Los Angeles address.

OK, now for the feature presentation. Zork3! And, it works, too!

I might make a backup copy of the two working programs before seeing how long it takes me to get eaten by a Grue, but I'm looking forward to playing this on a superior keyboard to my #Commodore64. #retrogaming

@vwbusguy No computer is complete without working versions of Adventure and Zork. Which reminds me, I have to get it going on a new notebook I just configured.
