does anyone know of a good usb-c dac that does not allow ground loop noise even when it's connected "wrong" or whatever. it does not need to be an amp, just a dac

@ionizedgirl Depending on the application, a USB "sound card" can be used as a DAC and ADC. The output signal might be AC coupled which is a problem if you want a DC output. But you could short the coupling capacitor and get DC output.
