Why is #GregAbbot (and his Florida kin-in-crime) not being charged for kidnapping in Texas, DC, and all the states through which the buses traveled, not to mention the Federal crime (which is a possible death penalty crime)?

@karlauerbach Good question. I've asked the same question. What Abbot and De Santis did meets the criteria for kidnapping the way I read it. I'm not a lawyer but I can read English. Seems pretty clear to me.
