Her name was Jaahnavi Kandula, she was a 23yo student.
A Seattle police officer fatally hit Jaahnavi with his patrol car and did not even stop.
He left her in the road to die.
What was so important he killed a guest to our country?
An overdose call that was already handled and his assistance was not even needed.
The department ruled this an "accident" and "not a use of force".
The officer is expected to be back at work later this week.
