Hey Electrical Engineers. I have noticed that the power coming off my bench power supply is really dirty. Where can I go to learn how to design a circuit to filter it and help clean it up?

(My first thought is a "bench power supply" ought to produce very clean power. If it doesn't, the power supply is faulty. But we have to determine what you mean by bench power supply. ;-)

I'm seeing ripples of around 800-1000mv when it's hooked up to the stepper drivers.
