Elon hasn't gotten around to zapping my legacy blue check yet, but I sense the swinging pendulum lowering somewhere in their overburdened and wheezing data center (only one primary left now?).
Little does Elon know (nor care) that losing my blue check on Twitter is an honor.
@lauren I wonder if my account is still working. I haven't checked it since January.
@shuttersparks @lauren I check twitter every now and then - there's some historical preservation stuff I like to track.
I noticed, along the way, that there is no IPv6 mapping in DNS for twitter.com, only IPv4.
@karlauerbach @lauren Short term thinking? Maybe they're not planning on being around in the future. Hah.
@lauren @karlauerbach Any IP in a storm.
@shuttersparks @karlauerbach I might consider renting him my class C. For him, perhaps a million dollars a month.
@shuttersparks @karlauerbach Elon's cutting costs. He really wanted IPv1, because he figured that had to be cheapest IP he could get.
