Driving home earlier this evening and caught this absolutely WILD #rainbow that formed on the west face of the #Sacramento #Mountains in #NewMexico over Alamogordo underneath a thunderstorm on the mountain.
Gorgeous.
Any #meteorologist here have a name for it?

@JenWojcik Nice shot. Those are hard to photograph well because the camera doesn't "see" the colors as vividly as we do.
Looks like a sundog but I need to know where the sun is to be sure.
