If a cisgender person gets upsetti spaghetti because you used the Latin prefix cis- to describe them, I think the best thing to do is comply with their request and use the Greek synonyms instead. Problemo solved, my homogender buddy.

@petrillic @LadyDragonfly I'm old. Back in the 1950s and 60s, milk was labeled HOMO MILK. (Homogenized, of course.)
