You ever go to type something like “my Apple ][e had 128K RAM” and then have to go double check if it really was “K” because that doesn’t seem possible?

@nazgul Hahaha. First machine I learned to program in 1968 had 8k of 16-bit words (core).

12 years later, my partner and I produced some large specification documents on an 8-bit machine (wire-wrapped 6802 on an S-100 bus) with 8k of RAM using a text editor and an nroff knockoff I wrote in machine language. Worked fine.

Funny thing is, those days were a lot more fun than today.

@nazgul Perhaps should add, final output was to a Diablo daisy-wheel. The final result looked really good for that time period.
