@shuttersparks I was wondering why I only have a combined 23 blocked on Accuweather between Privacy Badger and uBlock, then remembered I also have a Pi-Hole which is probably catching the bulk of them.
@shuttersparks Two of the worst I've seen (based on the old firefox lightbeam plugin) were f1.com and officialcharts.com which had a list of several hundred sites in their cookie approvals, and one of those two was just short of 1000 IIRC. Unbelievable. Didn't expect that the Amazon site would have lots of other trackers though!

@Walrus I do by spoofing my browser fingerprint. But about a week ago, Google started detecting my untrackable fingerprint and refuses to show videos. Hahaha. Everything loads but no video. If I switch to a trackable fingerprint, everything works. Bye, bye, YouTube. It's been nice know'in ya.
I use DuckDuckGo Tracking Ptotection and amazed how many apps are attempting to track me.

Everyone should use it, to realize how bad things are.
@MichaelBishop Yes. Been using Duck for almost six years now. Very happy and I get better search results, at least for my purposes. Google tries to figure out what you want to see. In my case it's frequently wrong and ends up burying exactly what I'm looking for.
@shuttersparks not sure if it was all valid but I was using Figma the other day and uBlock was reading >1k items 😱
@shuttersparks Not to derail this, but if you live in the US, AccuWeather basically just repackages government forecast office predictions that are available to everyone for free. You can go to weather.gov to get the same forecast without the tracking. I suspect the same is true outside the US.

People also need to call out organisations that pretend to be the good guys but STILL have cookiewalls with dark patterns and shitloads of trackers when giving permission for cookies...
