Me: "No, per your spec sheet, this other window actually performs better in sun"
Window guy: "You're not going to like that window tint, it's blue, it won't match your other windows"
Me: "No, we don't care about the tint of that window, just how well it performs".
Window guy (not getting anywhere): "Okay, fine, I'll send you a revised quote"
