Haley says "Congress" is in a mess and hints that she can fix it, the fact that the "mess" is 100% attributable to House Republicans notwithstanding.
@panamared27401 Fix it as President? How? Is she aware of Separation of Powers?
The president can't do anything with Congress except sign or veto legislation and get on his or her knees and plead. The president can't even go to Congress and speak unless invited.
@shuttersparks I think she is aware or else she would have been more straightforward.
