In other words, everyone in jail or prison for a victimless crime should be set free. Yes? That's what they're saying.
What they are not mentioning is that in such cases of victimless crimes, the tacit assumption is that the State is the victim. The State is the victim in Trump's frauds because the law was violated. The fact that Deutche Bank isn't complaining is irrelevant.
