It’s the relentlessly warming seas that terrify me most about #ClimateCrisis. 10-12% of the world’s population rely on fish/seafood for both nutrition and income. Additionally, the marine food chain supports ALL marine animals, including seabirds, and even some land animals.
The collapse of this system is unthinkable — but may be inevitable — and the loss unimaginable.
And still, fossil fuel & related industries don’t acknowledge their role in this but instead pursue more exploitation, more profit, more greed.
