Oof... another shipment of #hamradio #QSL cards arrived from the bureau. It feels like I only just responded to the previous batch (I try to handle them fairly quickly, since it gets harder to face a backlog). But I've run out of my cards and will need to order more from the printer, so there'll be a delay this time.
To QSO is human, to QSL divine!
@shuttersparks I'm not rare DX, either (I'm in common grid square DN40). For various reasons I find it easy to contact Japan (many JA HF stations, my fixed antenna's max gain points that way, time zones align after work, I'm one hop away from salt water all the way, etc.) and I suspect sending QSL cards might be popular in Japan?
I think each time a Japanese shipment arrives, my bureau sends it straight to me, along with a few cards from other countries that'd trickled in between!
