@knittingknots Yeah, the long-term symptoms are real. Caught it in mid-Feb of this year. multiple positive tests. Finally a clear test after 8 days. But there were after effects that I didn't even notice until they went away. The last one to go away was a brain-fog that cleared up in July. I wrote it off to my age catching up to me and then one day in July it was gone. Crazy.

Caught RSV 7 weeks ago. That sucked too with after effects lasting a month.

Just today I got the latest broader spectrum plus Omicron booster. And a quad flu shot at the same time.

Not sure how much it will help. I already had Omicron.

My high school was the math magnet school in Los Angeles and we had an IBM 1130. Astronomy and electronics were already my thing so it was an instant fit. I worked with it every day after school. Quickly picked up APL, RPG, SL/1, LISP, then fell in love with assembly coding, which is still my favorite kind of programming.

It's super extra exciting because, unlike geothermal that can only be located in a few spots around the world, this technique can work almost anywhere. Just pick a spot and do it.
