There's a good thing happening in Paris. The city is voting today (Sunday) on increasing parking charges for SUVs and it looks likely to pass.

The new prices are triple the existing charge, meaning it'll cost €18 (NZ$32) per hour to park an SUV in central Paris, and €12 per hour in the rest of the city.
