I'd argue that it's more healthy for certain personality types to do this as long as they also go out more and engage strangers in light hearted conversation in communal spaces (like happy hour at a pub).

Granted, I'm basing that off my less than impressive therapy sessions that always devolved into discussions about horror movies and cryptids...
