Just got an email from HR with a document from our 401K fund managers entitled: "The War on Investors Minds".
In it it has a graph with all the wars since 1928 up to and including "Russia-Ukraine Conflict 2022".
The main point: "Stay the course". Never before in my 35 + years of employment have I seen anything like this so quickly sent out over a conflict that has only been in play for a couple of weeks.
