@skells @11112011 i thought it was interesting how they all had that weird staccato pattern, esp. georgia having that weird F bump happen more than once. The amount of non-compliance with oversight was also not confidence inducing. And the amount of resistance to compliance with the audit (ex. trying to destroy evidence minutes before handing it to auditors) isn’t confidence inspiring.
In Salinas v Texas the court basically ruled you’re allowed to hold non-compliance and nervous responses as a sign of guilt.
"Whatever the complexities are on both the GameStop and AMC dramas, the subreddit has become a powerful force and, to hedge funds and institutional short-sellers, a menacing one. Its political ethos is fascinating because it is, at once, vague, heterodox, trans-ideological, defiant, hilarious and anti-establishmentarian. However one tries to define it, it is far more than merely mercenary. technology is 'cool' yes, but i feel like bathing all human-occupied areas in passive radar that recognizes and tracks everyone 24/7 to create a volumetric heatmap of exactly how you are sitting on your chair right now... isn't really y'know... it
