In China, we use liquorice when cooking pork, it makes the meat tastier (where the flavor is much diluted). But pure liquorice is, hmm, kinda hard to accept

I rarely regret.

But this time, I really regret buying that salmiakki.

People said the third time's a charm.

But no. I still can't accept it.

Also, people suggest salmiakki has a lot of ammonium chloride, which tastes bitter. Frankly speaking, I didn't catch any of that bitterness, instead, there are full of liquorice.

I can't type correctly. That's how I don't like that flavour

Give salmiakki a second chance.

I might find a godd way to torment myself.

Can't believe Finnish people make candy/snacks from liquorice.

Due to pure curiosity, I ordered the "salmiakki" (salty liquorice) from Finland. And for god's sake, I only order 1 pack (40g).

I put 1 piece of that thing into my mouth, and I immediately recognized it. It's licorice tablets, a traditional Chinese medicine, which are widely used to treat respiratory diseases such as cough. And it's one of my most disgusting flavors.

Now I have 40 grams of things to deal with. OMG

When hacking becomes too easy, I think it means our general safety guidelines are too weak. Which not mean we should ban them, but try to update our guidelines.

Also, one thing I have about embedded systems (which might be stereotypes) is that they are not safe in general. Especially those IoT or smart devices working silently in your home. Which are just good enough to work, and also good enough to put a hole in your security measures. (Don't know about others, but brands in China generally don't care about security in their early years)
