sometimes I really miss splinder as a blogging platform, wordpress never felt the same
@emanuele when splinder closed I was absorbed by the novelties that facebook brought, so I didn't try too hard to make wordpress work for me. Now that I'm deleting most of my social media account I'm thinking of giving it another try!
@stormtoast I left splinder years before its clousure. For me was different, it was a choise. I never joined FB & company. 😅
@stormtoast anyway a blog and mastodon can cohesists and it works fine for me. Two different speed, two different audience.

@stormtoast it was my first blogging platform. I miss it but, as a nerd, I enjoyed going to a self-hosted solution with Wordpress a few years later.
