i have a hard time accepting people who work in these "20 years of schooling" jobs being bumbling computer illiterates.
not necessarily administrating them. i understand that setting up asterisk sucks. but if your job is to literally collate large volumes of texts (law) i would think reading a manual on how to make a skype call would not be beyond you.

@icedquinn My brother isn't a computer guy but he ran Ubuntu for at least a year during law school because he just got so fed up with OSX.
It's not like it's really hard anymore.
