@szescstopni My maternal grandparents were making artificial flowers for graveyards for living. However, those has been made from paper and wire, impregnated against elements by dipping them in hot paraffin. Of course, they still had some impact to the nature, but at least they had some chance to deteriorate more efficiently than plastic.
