I just realised that Poland has a new agreement for access to journals with Elsevier
that excludes e.g. the fields Chemical Engineering; Energy; Environmental Science; Neuroscience.
Basically no #electrochemistry journals are there.
Sci-hub will be very popular here.

These fields are also excluded for the national agreements for OA publishing. Since NCN is a partner of Coalition S that basically removes Elsevier as an option for publication.
