Flashback a year to the luckiest photo I ever took. For five years I had been using a Sony super zoom camera and then someone graciously gifted me w the Nikon 200-500. I put it on a D500 body and got this tiger swallowtail on my first day. No cropping—this was the composition straight out of the camera. It was meant to be!
