#Caturday Auriel ‘lost’ the bell on her collar & slipped outside. It took a while before I realized she was ‘gone’ so checked; she was sitting on portal in sun by the door. I’m trying to reattach the bell to her collar with no success so far. Any cat owner knows how slippery our feline friends are.

Given how absolutely infrastructure vital some software and hardware are these days, it really does feel like an absolute injustice and oversight that computer touchers don't hold licenses like real engineers do.

A rainy month, followed by a snowy day, and you get ice shrooms.

The heated water bowl is popular with the squirrels, birds and later on, opossums. It needs refilling from evaporation daily.
My husband saw 14 cardinals earlier but he’s not a picture taker.
It’s 10F -12C and lightly snowing. We have accumulated
only a small amount of snow.

Me and tins of sardines... 😆 This photo I took on my cheapest film, unfortunately in low light it resorts to golden colors, which is interesting in its own way. Canned sardines are very popular in Portugal.

This is a bus stop. Sometimes in Québec it snows a ton and then rains, and we get these brown slush puddles at the street corners. Sometimes so deep it'll pour right in the top of your boots of you're not careful.
